FITNESS SALES CONSULTANT

EA Fitness – Laval, QC

$17–$21/hour + performance commissions

EA Fitness is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, competitive and highly personable Fitness Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is not a front-desk or receptionist position.

Your job is to meet with prospective clients, understand their goals and challenges, recommend the right EA Fitness program, and help them make a decision.

If you perform, you earn more.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Conducting fitness consultations with qualified prospects
- Asking questions to understand their goals, struggles and motivation
- Presenting the appropriate EA Fitness program
- Handling questions and objections professionally
- Closing new memberships and training packages
- Following up with prospects who haven’t made a decision
- Converting Challenge clients into long-term EA Fitness members
- Re-activating former clients
- Collecting payments and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Working with our appointment-setting team to maximize appointments and sales
- Occasionally assisting with member communication and front-desk needs

What We’re Looking For You don’t need years of fitness sales experience.

We care more about your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

You should be

- Confident speaking with people face-to-face and over the phone
- Comfortable asking for the sale
- Competitive and motivated by performance
- Energetic and personable
- Coachable
- Reliable and organized
- Comfortable following up multiple times




- Fluent or highly comfortable in both French and English
- Interested in fitness, health and helping people
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs

You must be able to hear “no”, learn from it, and move confidently to the next prospect.

Compensation

Base pay: $17–$21/hour

PLUS performance-based commission.

Commission opportunities include

- New Challenge sales
- Converting Challenge clients into recurring memberships
- Paid-in-full membership and training-package conversions
- Supplement sales
- Monthly performance targets

The more collected revenue you generate, the more you can earn. There is no advantage to simply working more hours — we reward performance, client retention and results.

Full commission terms and eligibility requirements are provided as part of the compensation agreement.

Your performance will be based on:

- Consultations completed
- Closing percentage
- Cash collected
- Recurring membership revenue generated
- Average sale value
- Follow-up performance
- Client retention
- Refund and chargeback rate

We’re not looking for someone who will pressure people into buying something they don’t need. We’re looking for someone who can understand a client’s problem,



confidently recommend the right solution and help good-fit clients take action.
