We are a fast paced pub and restaurant serving scratch made food, using many local ingredients. We have a dining room, pub, private room and patio. We hold several different events throughout the year. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the restaurant industry to join our team.

Responsible for labour during management shifts

Responsible for maintaining the restaurant standards, ensuring every guest leaves happy

Responsible for supporting your team on the floor

Responsible for running the floor, making cuts, ensuring all areas are running smoothly and helping out where needed while managing

Responsible for coaching and training staff, including recent staff and ongoing training with existing staff

Responsible for helping to maintain a positive working environment, keeping a positive energy going,



helping to resolve staff conflicts and any problems arising between staff or with a guest, bringing any major problems to the GM's attention so we can deal with them further when required.

Works a variety of shifts including opening, closing, mid manager, bartender and server depending on circumstances and availability

Helps out with side projects in the restaurant as assigned

Pay: $17.00-$19.50 per hour
