Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Food and Beverage Banquet Servers to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding guest service during banquet events, ensuring that every guest’s experience is memorable and seamless. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to the elegant atmosphere that defines The London Club.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements during banquet events
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Ensure proper food handling and adherence to food safety regulations at all times
- Refill drinks, transparent plates, and attend to guest needs promptly throughout the event
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to deliver smooth service flow




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after events
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong background in food service, serving, or hospitality environments
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Hotel experience or familiarity with banquet operations is a plus
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or serveware comfortably
