Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of food service activities. You will play a vital role in food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and safe setting for both staff and customers. Ideal candidates will have experience in the food industry and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Perform barista duties as needed, including preparing specialty beverages

Experience

- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with the food industry, including food preparation and service techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests
- Experience in serving food and handling various types of cuisine is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; certification is an advantage
