Duties

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process customer orders quickly and accurately.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cash transactions, credit card payments, and issuing receipts.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and upselling additional products to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food contact surfaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with food storage, inventory management, and restocking supplies to ensure availability during busy periods.




- Support team members with food preparation tasks and kitchen assistance as needed to ensure efficient service flow.

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate cash transactions.
- Experience in cashiering or serving in the food industry helps deliver exceptional customer interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
- A positive attitude combined with excellent communication skills will help foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
