Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Food Service Supervisor to lead our dining team and ensure smooth, efficient, and friendly service. In this role, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and uphold high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily food service activities, ensuring all team members deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Manage Cora POS system to handle orders, payments, and cash handling accurately.
- Train team members on food handling, restaurant procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and report shortages or issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines across all restaurant operations.




- Support the service team by bussing and cleaning tables prior to seating customers and supporting the "Expo" in the delivery of food from the kitchen to the table for customers.
- Closing cash and closing the restaurant, which closes by 3pm everyday.

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant setting.
- Robust knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Background in hospitality or restaurant management is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
