Job Summary

Join our agile warehouse team as a Forklift Driver/Order Picker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. In this position, you will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move, organize, and pick inventory. Your keen mechanical knowledge and attention to detail will help maintain accurate order fulfillment and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate forklift trucks, to help order pickers to move inventory throughout the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and efficiency using warehouse management systems
- Conduct heavy lifting of goods and materials, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper order picking procedures
- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including organizing stock and managing storage areas
- Perform routine inspections on equipment to ensure mechanical functionality and safety compliance




- Support warehouse operations by participating in regular safety checks and maintaining cleanliness

Requirements

- Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks and order picking in a warehouse setting
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues when needed
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for order processing and inventory control
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order picking
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and safety standards
- Valid certification for forklift operation (preferred but not mandatory)
