Job responsibilities of an operator.

The operator performs the following duties:

Ensures the effective and polite service of visitors and the creation of comfortable conditions for them.

Takes actions to prevent and resolve conflicts, considers complaints related to unsatisfactory customer service.

Ensures cleanliness and order in the premises, supervises the work of cleaners.

Monitors compliance by employees with labor and production discipline, occupational health and safety rules and regulations, industrial hygiene requirements.

Informs the organization's management about existing shortcomings in visitor service and takes action to eliminate them.

Performs specific tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor.

Maintains technical equipment in accordance with established standards of “complete technical management.”
