this is a front desk position you will be required to greet guests in a professional manner, answer telephones, check guests in and out of operating system, process all payments and create new reservations, as well as process all third party reservations some paperwork is required, as well as light cleaning and laundry. candidate must be able to work alone as this is a solo shift. Must be able handle all guest requests. problem solve and have good time management, candidate should have some customer service experience as well as computer experience, you need to be able to work in a quick paced environment and be able to work alone or part of a team front desk hours will consist of some 3pm-11pm and some 11pm-7am and occasional team support shifts are required,



applicant must be able to work over night shifts rotating weekends required. Smart serve is an asset but not required. candidate will also be required to prepare and start breakfast for the oncoming breakfast attendant when working the overnight 11pm-7am shifts. we are looking for someone punctual and reliable
