Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front of House Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service while assisting with sales, product demonstrations, and merchandising. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in person and over the phone using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal




- Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting periodic stock checksQualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in a merchandising or cashiering role
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Familiarity with POS systems and technology sales is advantageous
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently and conduct engaging product demos
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and store upkeep
- Multilingual capabilities are highly valued for serving our diverse clientele
- Reliable, friendly, with a proactive approach to upselling and customer engagement
