You will be part of the Front of House team, providing a warm and skilled welcome to visitors at both the Botanic Garden and Harcourt Arboretum. You will issue tickets, sell merchandise, promote Gift Aid and events, respond to visitor enquiries and help deliver a high standard of customer care.
You will reconcile tills, replenish and display retail stock, help maintain visitor areas, signage and leaflet supplies, and support the opening and closing of both sites. You will also assist with events, including meeting and greeting visitors, moving furniture and signs, and helping to set up rooms, areas and AV equipment.
