We're looking for a hands-on, resourceful Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help build and scale the platforms powering Knightlabs' AI-driven healthcare and life sciences solutions.
The Full Stack
Developer will support the design, development, and testing of features across our core products, including NuClara and Ryfinr, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, front-end development, and workflow automation. You'll contribute to building reliable, scalable tools while gaining exposure to how AI and automation are applied in a regulated, life-sciences environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development of front-end features using React, ensuring clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Assist with deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications hosted on AWS.
- Help design and implement workflow automations using n8n to streamline internal and client-facing processes.
- Contribute to API integrations connecting our platforms with third-party and internal data sources.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate UI/UX concepts into functional components.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for compliant, enterprise-grade software.

Qualifications
- Current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with React and TypeScript (or a similar front-end framework) through coursework, personal projects, or prior placements.
- Familiarity with AWS services (e.g. EC2, S3, Lambda) or cloud computing concepts.
- Exposure to workflow automation tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier) or strong interest in AI/automation.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is an asset.
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes is an asset.
