As an Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for actively managing the day-to-day operations of the Inventory department.

This includes the supervision of Clerks, ensuring they are properly trained and adhering to policies. Your interaction with customers will be critical in creating a positive experience and fostering product integrity on the sales floor. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and oversee Clerks’ daily activities
- Train new employees and provide feedback
- Manage product display and rotation effectively
- Engage with customers to address their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a retail setting
- Robust knowledge of Natural Foods products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
