Duties

- Provide attentive care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap times
- Foster positive interactions by encouraging sharing, cooperation, and communication among children
- Collaborate with team members to monitor children's progress and address individual needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that stimulates learning




- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's activities and developmental milestones

Qualifications

- Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings is highly preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a valuable asset
- Strong background in teaching or caregiving within early childhood education environments
- Passion for working with children and a genuine desire to support their growth and development
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and respond effectively in emergency situations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with families effectively
