Lindsay Cycle & Power Equipment is growing our service team and looking for an experienced Small Engine & Power Equipment Technician to join our dealership.

If you’re an experienced technician who takes pride in your work, enjoys diagnosing and fixing a variety of equipment, and is looking for a Monday–Friday position, we want to hear from you.

As a technician at Lindsay Cycle & Power Equipment, you’ll work on a wide variety of equipment, including:

ATVs & Side-by-Sides

Small Engines

Lawn & Garden Equipment

Power Equipment

Motorcycles & Dirt bikes

Other recreational and outdoor equipment

You’ll be working with brands including STIHL, Polaris, Honda, and a variety of other OEM and off-brand products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Diagnose, maintain, service, and repair small engines, motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and power equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, fuel, and engine-related issues.

Complete repairs efficiently and independently.

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and seasonal servicing.

Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Ensure repairs are completed safely and to a high standard of workmanship.

Work with the service team to keep jobs moving and provide quality customer service.

Keep your work area, tools,



and equipment organized and maintained.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience as a small engine, motorcycle, powersports, or power equipment technician.

Strong understanding of small engine and motorcycle systems.

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Dependable, reliable, and committed to quality workmanship.

Pride in your work and attention to detail.

Experience with STIHL, Polaris, and Honda products is an asset.

- OEM certifications or manufacturer training are considered an asset.
- Licensed Motorcycle Technician OR strong motorcycle service and repair experience is an asset
