Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated farm general laborer for our agricultural operations. This role involves hand harvesting field grown vegetables and general maintenance tasks across our farm operation. The ideal candidate will be energetic, physically fit and capable of lifting 55+ lbs.

The worker will be reliable, able to work in various environmental conditions including outside in the heat. The worker must be able to work diverse and call in hours. They must be able to work with in a a diverse workforce, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute.

Duties

- Manual, hand harvest of multiple vegetable commodities
- Pack multiple vegetables harvested from field
- Plant, cultivate, hoe and irrigate crops
- Clean fields and other production areas
- Weeding

Skills

- Ability to lift +55lbs regularly
- Must be physically fit and capable to stand, sit, walk or crouch for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in group and individual settings
- Must be able to work in varied environmental conditions
- Must be able to complete repetitive tasks

Pay: $17.60-$17.95 per hour
