We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction, maintenance, and site preparation activities. Responsibilities

- Assist with installation of underground Telecom infrastructure.
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies as directed by supervisors
- Support skilled tradespeople. Work includes shovelling, landscaping and installation of underground conduit systems.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Operate basic machinery or equipment when trained and authorized to do so
- Help with minor repairs or maintenance tasks as needed to support ongoing projects




- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards

Experience

- Previous experience in general labour, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills to effectively follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety procedures and the importance of maintaining a protected work environment is an asset
