We are looking for a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join our construction team in the Greater Toronto Area. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys physical work, working with their hands, and being part of a team.

The successful candidate will assist with a variety of construction and renovation tasks and will have the opportunity to develop additional skills and gain experience in the trades.

Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Assist with general construction and renovation activities

⁠ ⁠Load, unload and move materials, tools and equipment

⁠ ⁠Prepare and clean work areas

⁠ ⁠Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks

⁠ ⁠Perform demolition, cleanup and material removal as required

⁠ ⁠Use basic hand and power tools safely

⁠ ⁠Follow instructions from supervisors and tradespeople

⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean, organized and safe work site

⁠ ⁠Perform other general labour duties as required

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset, but training can be provided for the right candidate

⁠ ⁠Reliable and punctual





⁠ ⁠Physically capable of lifting and moving materials and performing manual labour

⁠ ⁠Comfortable working indoors and outdoors

⁠ ⁠Able to work independently and as part of a team

⁠ ⁠Strong work ethic and positive attitude

⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of workplace safety

⁠ ⁠Reliable transportation to job sites is an asset

⁠ ⁠Ability to use basic hand tools is an asset
