We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated General Labourer to join our team. We operate a fast-paced manufacturing shop, and the successful candidate will assist with assembly, material handling, and general shop duties to support production requirements and fulfill customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with product assembly and general production activities.
- Move, organize, and handle materials throughout the shop.
- Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow safety rules, operating instructions, and company procedures.
- Assist with other shop duties as required to meet production and customer needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Dependable, punctual, efficient, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- General mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions,



maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
- Ability to regularly lift and handle materials weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift, including standing, walking, grasping, carrying, and lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Two years of shop, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labour experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Forklift certification.
- Overhead crane certification.
- Valid First Aid certification.
- Previous participation in safety committees or toolbox meetings.

Additional Information:

- Overtime required when necessary

Shift:

- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
