Position Overview

Dana Canada Corporation in Mount Forest, Ontario is looking for production team members at its manufacturing plant to build Thermal Products for Engine Transmission Oil Cooling, Charged Air Cooling, and active warm‑up applications. The position is a day shift (07:00 am–03:00 pm) with a base wage of $21.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce thermal products for drivetrain cooling systems.

- Inspect finished parts for dimensions, finish, and quality compliance.

- Follow safety and quality procedures and uphold customer specifications.

- Perform repetitive tasks, including standing, walking, handling, reaching, and lifting 5‑15 lbs as needed.

- Work collaboratively with a close team, maintaining a positive attitude and reliable attendance.

Qualifications & Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.





- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

- Strong attention to detail and accurate visual inspection skills.

- Manual dexterity and reliable hand‑work ability.

- Capacity to stand continuously and perform repetitive motions.

- Capability to lift up to 15 lbs and work safely within quality specifications.
