Responsibilities

- 2 Years experience in food industry
- Prepare and cook grilled dishes to meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Flexibility required
- Team player is an asset
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Operate grilling equipment efficiently and safely during busy service hours




- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, including sanitizing surfaces and tools regularly
- Support team members with food service duties to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

- Prior 2 years experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially with grilling or cooking on open flame preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting
- Solid understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving menu items
- Food industry experience involving cooking, serving, or food preparation is highly desirable
