What you'll do
- Assist department manager with ordering activities as per Southern Plains Co-op policy and procedure.
- To ensure that the department’s receiving, and handling of merchandise meets all Southern Plain Co-op policies, procedures, and standards.
- To be responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards within the department.
- To assist with the human resources areas within the department.
- To be responsible for the adherence and enforcement of Southern Plains policies and procedures.
- To be responsible in the area of loss prevention.
- To adhere to all food safety and all other safety requirements and procedure.

Who you are:
- You have strong leadership,
problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to supervise a staff.
- 1 year experience in retail and/or customer service, with supervisory and store clerk experience preferred.
- You are willing to participate in all necessary training programs.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- Must be versatile in hours worked.
