Flex Fit is looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy Group Fitness Instructor to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, brings great energy into every session, and can create a fun, motivating workplace for members of different fitness levels.

Position Details

- Pay: $35 per class
- Schedule: Part-time
- Availability: Evenings and weekends
- Location: Flex Fit
- Opportunity for additional classes as our schedule and membership continue to grow

What You'll Do

- Lead engaging, energetic group fitness classes
- Demonstrate exercises and provide clear coaching cues
- Help members exercise safely and confidently
- Modify exercises when needed for different ability and fitness levels
- Create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for new and existing members
- Keep classes organized, on time, and running smoothly
- Represent Flex Fit professionally and contribute to our gym community

Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is:

- Energetic, outgoing, and motivating
- Comfortable leading groups and communicating with members
- Reliable and able to commit to scheduled classes
- Passionate about fitness and helping others improve




- Confident demonstrating and coaching exercises
- Available for evening and/or weekend classes
- Excited to be part of a growing local gym and community

Experience & Certifications Previous group fitness, personal training, coaching, or fitness instruction experience is preferred.

Fitness certifications are considered an asset, but are not required. We are also open to applicants who have relevant training or coaching experience and demonstrate strong knowledge, leadership skills, and the right personality for the role.

Compensation

$35 per session
