About the Role

We are hiring a Growth Marketer to own a group of client accounts across Meta paid marketing, including strategy, execution, and client communication.

You will work directly with founders, owning everything from identifying new angles and opportunities to launching campaigns and measuring results.

The role is a mix of:

- Client management
- Growth strategy
- Meta advertising
- Creative strategy

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Client Management

- Managing day-to-day client relationships
- Daily communication with clients in Slack
- Building and running bi-weekly performance reviews
- Communicating results, strategy, and next steps

Strategy
- Product and brand positioning
- Customer persona mapping
- Identifying winning angles and offers
- Building testing roadmaps based on performance
- Turning data into clear growth opportunities

Meta Media Buying
- Full ownership of Meta ad accounts
- Daily budget management and optimization
- Campaign launches, scaling, and account structure
- Pixel, CAPI, and event tracking
- Running 2 to 4 new tests per week per client

Ad Creative
- Developing new creative ideas and angles
- Writing ad copy and testing new messaging
- Turning performance insights into creative direction
- Creating or sourcing content when needed
- Working with client content and creative teams

Reporting and Performance
- Owning performance across your accounts
- Keeping performance dashboards up to date
- Understanding performance across Meta, Shopify, and attribution tools
- Turning data into clear next steps





Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone with 2+ years of agency experience who is ready to take ownership of both client relationships and performance.

You might be a good fit if you:

- Have 2+ years of experience at a performance marketing or digital agency
- Have strong hands-on experience running Meta ads
- Have managed multiple client accounts at once
- Are comfortable leading client calls
- Understand metrics like CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and MER
- Understand creative testing and paid social strategy
- Have experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, and eCommerce tracking
- Can diagnose performance problems and recommend solutions
- Are organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership

Experience working with DTC and eCommerce brands is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Learn

You will work directly with two operators who have:

- Managed tens of millions in Meta ad spend
- Built and led paid social teams
- Helped scale a wide range of eCommerce brands

You'll continue developing your skills across advanced media buying, creative strategy, product positioning, and finding and scaling product-market fit.

Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant agency experience
- Strong Meta advertising experience
- Experience managing multiple clients
- Based in Vancouver or Victoria, BC
- Available to work in person 2 to 4 days per week for the first 6 months
- Strong communication and organization
