GTM Engineer — SeedLift Solutions (Remote, Canada-based)

About SeedLift

SeedLift is a B2B GTM engineering firm based in Toronto. We build and run AI-personalized, signal-driven outbound systems for clients across SaaS, healthcare, fintech, legal tech, CPG, and industrial — acting as their fractional GTM engineering team instead of an SDR agency. We don't chase leads or book demos; we build the data, enrichment, and outbound infrastructure that makes pipeline predictable.

We're a small senior team running 10+ active clients, and we run heavily on AI. Claude Code is our operating system — every engineer works inside an agency-wide knowledge base that compounds what we learn across clients into an edge for the next one.

The Work

You'll own end-to-end execution for a growing portfolio of clients, ramping toward 6 or more at once, with shared context across all of them. It's a lot to hold, and holding it well is the job. Ryan (founder) handles client relationships and strategy. You run the machine:

- Outbound campaign operations: build, launch, QA, and monitor email and LinkedIn campaigns in Email Bison, Instantly, and HeyReach, with daily performance monitoring plus domain health and deliverability hygiene across dedicated sending infrastructure
- Data and enrichment: Clay builds, provider waterfalls (AI Ark, BetterContact, LeadMagic, and whatever the job calls for), custom scraping, signal capture like hiring, tech stack, funding, and RFPs, plus list sourcing and validation
- CRM operations in client systems (HubSpot, Salesforce): enrichment syncs, dedupe, scoring, and rep-facing automations, along with our own internal systems
- AI-augmented systems:

most of your day is spent in VS Code or Terminal working with Claude Code, wiring it into live workflows that run for our agency and for clients
- New territory on a regular basis: we will hand you things you likely haven't done before. You may be asked to run LinkedIn ads for a client. You might be building SMS sequencing next. Figuring out unfamiliar ground and shipping anyway is a core part of the role.

How You Work

Claude Code is the center of how we work. Not a tool we occasionally reach for -- the primary interface for building, debugging, and shipping. If you've written CLAUDE.md files, built agent workflows, wired up MCP servers, or run subagents against real production work, that's the strongest signal you can send us.

Rest of the stack: Clay, EmailBison, HeyReach, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio), and a whole laundry list of other supportive tools.

Who You Are

There's no years-of-experience requirement here. Ideally you've touched go-to-market before, either by running outbound yourself or as a developer who has worked alongside it, but what actually matters is the profile:

- You have high agency. You roll up your sleeves, figure shit out, and transparent your own blockers instead of waiting for someone to tell you what to do.
- You're hungry. You bring it every day and you want to be rewarded for it,

because this role has real upside for people who operate that way.
- You're technical, or genuinely willing to get technical. If living in a terminal, driving Claude Code, and connecting it to real production workflows sounds exciting even though you haven't done it yet, you're exactly who we want. If it sounds intimidating, this isn't your role.
- You can hold a lot at once: six or more clients, each with their own ICP, stack, and context, without dropping balls.
- You can write cold outbound copy, or at least tear it apart critically. You know why "hope this finds you well" is dead on arrival.
- You use AI, but you also use your brain. You don't outsource your critical thinking to AI. You don't send clients some AI slop deliverable. You use AI as your assistant and executor, not as your central operator.
- You're based in Canada and can overlap with Eastern Time.

Compensation

Base salary plus increasingly high bonuses and rev share for going above and beyond: exceptional client work, expanding accounts, bringing in new clients. If you outperform, you'll feel it in your comp.

How to Apply

1. Click apply here, and then don't stop there.
2. Record a Loom walking through the coolest thing you've built. A scraper, an outbound system, an automation, an app, anything. Show me what it does and how you built it. This matters more than any resume line.
3. Send that Loom to me twice: once on LinkedIn and once by email. I'm Ryan Gerstein, founder of SeedLift. You won't find my email address in this post. You're applying to be a GTM engineer, so enriching it is your first test.
