Hairstylist – Commission-Based Independent Contractor

We’re looking for a hairstylist to join our small, welcoming salon as a Commission-Based Independent Contractor, with a preferred start date around September 15th.

We’re a close-knit salon that values a relaxed, positive work environment where everyone gets along, supports one another, and enjoys coming to work. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, passionate about hair, and would be a great fit with our team.

- A social media/hair page showcasing your work is required as part of your application

About the Position Please note: This is a commission-based Independent Contractor position. This is not an hourly-rate or salaried position.

As an Independent Contractor, you are self-employed and work within our salon on a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings are based on the services you provide rather than the number of hours you work.





As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for managing and reporting your own income and applicable taxes.

This setup allows you to have more independence over your work while still being part of a supportive salon team and environment.
