Your expertise in hair styling, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure that our clients leave feeling confident and satisfied with their look.

Responsibilities

- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer skilled advice on hair care and styling options.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.




- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.

Experience

- Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick License required.
- 1 year experience required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling products or services.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
