Bathroom Renovation Installer / Handyman

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Lower Mainland, BC

$65,000 Salary + $2,500 HSA Health Benefits + $350/Month Vehicle Allowance

ORCA HealthCare is looking for an experienced Bathroom Renovation Installer / Handyman to join our team.

We specialize in accessible showers for seniors, people with mobility challenges, senior living communities and affordable housing throughout the Lower Mainland.

We are specifically looking for someone with experience installing multi-piece fibreglass shower systems who wants steady, full-time work with a supportive team.

What You'll Do

Install multi-piece fibreglass walk-in and roll-in showers

Remove existing tubs and showers

Install shower bases, wall panels and trim

Install grab bars, shower seats and accessories

Coordinate drain and valve locations with our plumber

Complete minor finishing work related to the shower installation

- Keep job sites clean and professional

Plumbing is completed by our plumber.

What We're Looking For

Experience installing fibreglass or acrylic shower systems

Bathroom renovation or shower installation experience

Comfortable with tub and shower tear-outs





Good attention to detail and quality workmanship

Dependable and able to work independently

Professional and respectful when working in occupied homes

Valid driver's licence and clean driving record

Reliable work vehicle for tools

What We Offer

$65,000 annual salary

$2,500 HSA health benefits

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Consistent, year-round work

Paid in office training with our experienced installer
