We're looking for experienced Drillers and Rig Managers to lead our HDD crews in the field. These are senior roles for people who've put in the years, know how to run a safe and efficient operation, and can get the best out of their crew. What You'll Do

- Lead, train, and direct the drilling crew
- Run safe, productive HDD operations from mobilization through tear-down
- Monitor drilling and equipment performance to keep the operation on target
- Own safety on site — from hazard planning to emergency response
- Take responsibility for your crew's performance and the outcomes on your rig

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience on a horizontal directional drilling rig (40K–220K rigs, Vermeer preferred)
- Proven leadership — you know how to run a crew and bring out their best
- A strong commitment to safety — for yourself and everyone on your crew




- Strong communication and the ability to work well with internal and external partners
- Physically fit and comfortable performing labour-intensive work in all outdoor weather conditions
- Valid Class 1 driver's license required
- Safety tickets: SFA (Standard/Intermediate First Aid), H2S Alive, GDII, PCST, CSTS 2020
- 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, with rotations
- Willingness to travel to job sites across Western Canada
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment and periodic drug and alcohol testing
