About the Role

Aster is seeking a Head of North America Markets to lead our market strategy, regulatory engagement, and business development across North America.

This role requires a senior leader who combines strong commercial leadership with deep knowledge of US financial regulation and compliance, ideally within digital assets, fintech, trading, or other regulated financial services.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Aster's overall North America market strategy and expansion.
- Drive business development, institutional partnerships, and strategic growth.
- Build relationships with regulators, policymakers, financial institutions, and key industry stakeholders.




- Work closely with Legal and Compliance on regulatory, licensing, and market-entry strategy.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are embedded in major business and product decisions.
- Build and develop the North America team as the business expands.
- Represent Aster across the North American digital asset and financial services ecosystem.

Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, digital assets, trading, or other regulated industries.
- Significant senior leadership experience in the US or North American market.
- Strong understanding of US financial regulation and compliance.
- Proven experience working with regulators, policymakers, or regulated financial institutions.
- Strong commercial judgment and business-building experience.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
