Bayshore HealthCare in Vaughan is seeking a Client Scheduling Coordinator to bridge patients, families and healthcare providers. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in office weekly, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.

You will schedule care providers, handle funder referrals in Procura EMR, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should have at least two years of healthcare-related customer service, robust communication, and multitasking ability.
