As a tutor and mentor with Scholars Education Centre, you will be responsible for providing superior individualized academic support for students. Scholars of London South is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time Teachers / Tutors for various ages and academic subjects to join our team.
We are looking for:
- High School Math and Science Teacher

- Ontario Certified Teacher is strongly preferred
- Candidates in Teachers College or robust university students with a desire to teach and a designation towards math, sciences or French are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working with students is a requirement
- Excellent English oral and written skills
- A passion to help students reach their potential
- Exceptionally organized and high attention to detail
- Ability to teach groups of up to 3 students
- Must be able to effectively teach their subjects and grade level
- High School Math/Science candidates must be confident and able to teach math or science up to grade 12, including the following subjects: Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors, Data Management, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry
Candidates must be able to work a minimum of two shifts per week within our hours of operation below.
