What We Expect / 지원 기준

We expect ownership, discipline, and performance — not excuses.

- Proven moving industry experience (3–5 years preferred, exceptional 1+ year candidates considered)
- Strong leadership with the ability to control and manage crews effectively
- High accountability and time discipline (no tolerance for inconsistency)
- Strong customer service and communication skills




- Ability to operate a 3–5 ton truck safely and confidently
- Ability to train, correct, and lead team members on-site
- Professional conduct in all working environments
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight schedules
- English required (Korean is an asset)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Compensation / 급여 구조

- 7 mandatory trial shifts (performance evaluation only)
- → Trial wage: $24/hour
- 3-month probation period
- → $26/hour
- Post-probation
- → $28~30/hour (performance-based)
- Advancement is strictly performance-driven. No exceptions.
