The Hospitality & Guest Experience Host is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, focused on creating a welcoming and engaging experience for tenants, visitors, and partners. In this role, the Host greets guests, responds to inquiries, and provides information about building services, amenities, and local area attractions. The Host coordinates and supports events and activations in the property, and collaborates with building operations and security to resolve guest issues promptly.

The Hospitality & Guest Experience Host works closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure consistent service standards and contributes to continuous improvement of onsite hospitality programs.

Qualifications

- Exceptional communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with diverse guest and tenant groups.
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, food and beverage, restaurants, catering or related industry
- Proven ability to remain calm, qualified, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Comfort using office technology and property management systems; proficiency with common office software tools.
- Flexible to work standard business hours with occasional support for special events as required.

Compensation $23/hour
