Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Maintenance/Handyperson and become a vital part of creating a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment for our guests and staff. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring all facilities operate smoothly by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across various systems. Your expertise will help uphold the highest standards of safety, comfort, and functionality in our hotel, making every guest’s stay memorable.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills while leading by example in a quick-paced hospitality setting.

We are seeking someone with open availability who is comfortable handling a variety of general hotel maintenance and repair duties, including:

- Painting and touch-up work
- Caulking around bathtubs, showers, sinks, and other areas
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical repairs




- General maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel
- Cleaning and maintaining HVAC units
- Replacing HVAC filters when applicable
- Cleaning and maintaining centralized heating and cooling/air-conditioning units
- Basic HVAC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance

The ideal candidate should have a strong “do it right the first time” mindset. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, identifies the root cause of problems, and completes repairs properly rather than simply getting the job done. Previous experience in hotel, building, facilities, or general maintenance is preferred.
