Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals through effective coaching and training.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, including marketing initiatives and promotional activities, to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, cashiering, inventory management, and merchandising to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Manage purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and stock levels to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive offerings.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members; provide ongoing training & development to enhance their skills in retail sales, POS systems, and customer service.
- Monitor store performance metrics using organizational tools; prepare reports on sales trends, budgeting, and inventory levels for senior management review.




- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative procedures while maintaining high standards of communication skills and phone etiquette.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in retail management or sales management roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills in a bilingual or multilingual environment.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll processing.
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques, POS systems, purchasing procedures, pricing strategies, and store management software.
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to implement promotional campaigns that drive store traffic.
