Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of daily cleaning tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols,



and customer service expectations.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and guests.

Experience

- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or supervise a team in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and hospitality standards.
- Familiarity with hotel operations or similar industries that require meticulous attention to cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of quality.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
