Reporting to the Housekeeping Leadership Team, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Clean all assigned guestrooms including: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies
- Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Update and record all cleaned rooms
- Return and properly tag all lost and found articles
- Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
- Report necessary maintenance items
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping experience an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Robust interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Additional Information Physical Aspects of Position (included but not limited to):

- Constant standing and walking throughout shift

JOB SUMMARY FOR BREAKFAST ATTENDANT The Breakfast Attendant is primarily responsible for the breakfast served to guests. Breakfast attendants oversee the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffet, as well as maintain the dining space, ensure food is available, and provide any other guest services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for the following tasks:

- Food and Beverage experience considered an asset but not mandatory
- Must have the ability to express themselves diplomatically with staff and guests
- Anticipate needs of guests
- Ensure food items are well presented at all times
- Ensure food items are well stocked
- Clean tables
- Serve Coffee
- Other tasks as required

Minimum Qualifications

- Bilingualism an asset
- Must be able to work and communicate in English in a professional manner
- Must demonstrate the ability to independently solve problems
- Must show initiative in all facets of duty
- Must be able to work and concentrate in high volume area
- Must be efficient and well organized
