Guest Service Representative / Housekeeping - Laundry Services

Primary Responsibilities:

- Housekeeping service, for vacated rooms and other cleaning as required.
- Weekdays and Weekends.

· Resolves minor guest complaints to the satisfaction of the customer; informs supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances or unhappy guests. · Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and appropriate action is taken. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.

· Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.

· Follows company policies and procedures.

· Completes tasks where required, including house laundry,



common area sanitization and dishes

· Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Health and Safety:

· - . Must be double vaccinated for Covid - 19 with proof of vax pass.

- Follow protected work procedures as outlined in Departmental Policy and Procedures manuals, including the use of personal protective equipment.

Job Type: Part time with possibility of full time Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $20.13 per hour

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
