We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our organizational goals. This position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the growth and development of our team members.

Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and facilitating the orientation of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, regular performance reviews, and feedback sessions to drive employee growth and development.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and implement training programs, and facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for employees.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and create a fair and consistent work environment.
- HR Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance and updating policies as necessary.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Succession Planning: Collaborate with leadership to identify key talent, develop succession plans, and ensure a pipeline of skilled individuals for critical roles.

Skills Required

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Skilled certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are highly desirable.
- Experience:



Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leadership and employees.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex HR issues.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and industry trends.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Empathy: A high level of empathy and the ability to understand and respond to the needs and concerns of employees.
