Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, managing applicant tracking systems, and assisting in the overall talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying potential candidates.

Duties

- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct cold calling to engage with prospective candidates and gauge their interest in available positions.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) effectively, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the development of training materials for new hires and contribute to training development initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.




- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Kronos, ADP, PeopleSoft, or Workday is a plus.
- Robust cold calling skills and ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies to attract top talent is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and candidate engagement is essential.
