Job Summary

Magnes Heating and Cooling Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with residential customers, understanding their heating and cooling needs, recommending suitable HVAC solutions, and helping customers through the sales process from initial consultation to closing.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident speaking with customers, enjoys sales, and wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

- Meet with residential customers to assess their heating and cooling needs
- Recommend appropriate heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, HRVs, and other HVAC solutions
- Prepare and present quotes and explain available options clearly
- Follow up with leads and customers in a timely and professional manner
- Develop strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, replacements, and maintenance services
- Work closely with technicians and management to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Stay informed about HVAC products, rebates, financing options, and industry developments

Qualifications




- Previous sales experience for at least 2 years preferred
- HVAC industry knowledge or experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional when speaking with customers
- Self-motivated and organized
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn HVAC products and services

HVAC experience is an asset but not mandatory for the right candidate with strong sales and customer service skills.
