Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead and oversee our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance, hvac,ref , and equipment repair. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety standards across all projects.

The HVAC Supervisor will play a critical role in coordinating installation, repair, and maintenance tasks while adhering to schematics and construction plans. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily repair, and maintenance activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
- Lead and coordinate a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals related to HVAC systems and construction plans
- Oversee team and help manage stock, tools and equipment on vehicles
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with project managers to plan work schedules and resource allocation




- Conduct quality inspections to verify that all work meets specifications and client expectations
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues involving HVAC systems and related equipment
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, parts used, and service reports for record keeping

Qualifications

- Proven experience in HVAC system installation, repair, or maintenance with a strong mechanical background
- Knowledge of hvac, hearth, refrigeration, hydronic/boiler systems, appliance repair, and general construction practices
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a technical or construction setting preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC or mechanical trades are highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement in technical skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
