Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for infants and toddlers
- Foster a warm, caring environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive interactions among children
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and families in both English and French to ensure clear understanding of each child's needs and progress
- Monitor children's health and safety closely,



adhering to all licensing regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain detailed records of children's developmental milestones, daily activities, and any incidents or concerns
- Organize classroom materials and resources efficiently using robust organizational skills to support seamless daily operations
- Collaborate with team members to plan special events or activities that enhance learning experiences and community engagement

Experience
- Prior experience working with children in early childhood education settings or childcare environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of child development principles, early childhood education practices, and classroom management techniques is essential
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are necessary for documenting progress and engaging with families effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while leading classroom activities ensures a positive learning environment for all children

Pay: $27.00-$28.00 per hour
