Role Description The Inside Sales Support role is a full-time, in office position. The Inside Sales Support provides essential administrative, operational, and customer service support to the sales team, ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders and effective communication with clients.

Acting as a key liaison between customers, distributors, sales representatives, and internal departments, the Inside Sales Support helps facilitate smooth day-to-day sales operations, supports customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution, and contributes to the achievement of business objectives. The role also provides support to Sales Directors and assists with customer listings, pricing updates, marketing initiatives, and other projects as required.





Qualifications

- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in inside sales support, sales coordination, customer service, or a related role. Experience within the manufacturing, food, or consumer packaged goods industry is considered an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, distributors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Experience with sales operations, including order entry, customer account management, and working with CRM and/or ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn and utilize company-specific systems and applications.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to effectively prioritize competing responsibilities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry, reporting, and administrative processes.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience and supporting business objectives.
