Installation Technician – Agricultural Equipment

Norwell Dairy Systems Ltd. is looking for a practical, hands-on individual to join our installation team. If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, being around farms, and seeing the results of a good day’s work, this could be a great fit.

Agricultural or mechanical experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take initiative.

What You’ll Do

- Install agricultural and dairy equipment on farms
- Work with tools, equipment, and machinery
- Read instructions, measurements, and equipment layouts
- Troubleshoot challenges and find practical solutions
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and other trades




- Keep jobsites safe, clean, and organized
- Participate in after-hours service rotation once adequately trained
- Take on other responsibilities as your skills and experience grow
