Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Installer Helper / General Labour to support our cabinet and millwork installation teams on both commercial and residential projects. This is a subcontractor position.

Responsibilities:

- Assist lead installers with cabinet and millwork installations

- Load, unload, and move materials and tools

- Help with measuring, layout, and basic assembly

- Keep job sites clean and organized

- Follow direction from the lead installer

- Perform general labour tasks as needed on site

- Maintain a professional attitude on all job sites

Requirements:

- Previous construction, carpentry, or installation experience is an asset (but not required)

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

- Reliable transportation





- Valid driver’s license preferred

- Willing to learn and take direction

- Punctual, hardworking, and safety-conscious

- Must be able to work as an independent subcontractor
