Stratford Exterior Cleaners is an independent property maintenance company specializing in high-quality hardscape and interlock restoration. We are gearing up for a busy 8-week fall sprint and are looking for hardworking, detail-oriented operators to join our crew.
The Role As an Interlock Restoration Operator, you will be the boots on the ground bringing our clients' driveways, patios, and walkways back to life. You will be working outdoors daily, moving from site to site, and operating heavy commercial equipment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deep Cleaning: Operate high-powered commercial pressure washers and surface cleaners to strip dirt, moss, and old polymeric sand from interlock surfaces.
- Re-Sanding: Precisely sweep and install current polymeric sand into paver joints, followed by operating a mechanical plate compactor to ensure proper settling.
- Sealing: Apply commercial-grade sealers evenly using specialized sprayers and rollers, ensuring a clean, streak-free finish.
- Site & Equipment Management: Keep worksites clean,
communicate with clients professionally, and perform end-of-day equipment maintenance.
What We Are Looking For:
- Reliable Transportation: You MUST have your own reliable vehicle to drive to and from various job sites across the Stratford area each day.
- Physical Stamina: This is highly physical work. You must be comfortable working on your feet all day, operating heavy vibrating machinery (plate compactors), and lifting 50 lb bags of polymeric sand.
- Detail-Oriented: Sweeping sand and applying sealer requires patience and precision. If you rush, the job fails. We need people who care about the final product.
- Dependable & Weather-Ready: We are fighting the fall weather. We need a crew that shows up on time and is prepared to work efficiently during our dry-weather windows.
