As our Janitor, you will look after Trinity’s manufacturing plant and office areas. You won't just be doing basic cleaning, you will be the backbone of our daily facility operations, handling everything from waste management to seasonal walkway upkeep. What Your Role Will Be Mainly Responsible For:

You will handle a diverse mix of daily and weekly tasks to keep our interior building and exterior walkways in peak condition.

- Master the Facility Upkeep: Ensure office spaces, washrooms, cafeteria, and warehouse floors are regularly swept, mopped, scrubbed, and dusted.
- Maintain High Standards: Clean restrooms in the plant, regularly change towels, and ensure windows are kept washed and clear.
- Operate Specialized Equipment: Safely operate an auto-scrubber for the floors and use a forklift to move facility materials when required.
- Manage Waste Management: Ensure garbage and recycled waste are gathered and taken out on a regular, timely basis throughout the week.
- Take Charge of the Outdoors: Manage routine upkeep of exterior green spaces, clear snow/ice from entrances or sidewalks, and spread snow-melting chemicals.
- Stay Adaptable: Relocate furniture when requested, help set up the boardroom for customer visits, and jump into emergency cleaning requests or special heavy-cleansing projects.





What You Bring to the Team: We value reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Here is what we need:

- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional janitorial or custodial experience.
- Equipment Knowledge: Comfort handling heavy cleaning equipment, industrial machinery, and standard maintenance tools.
- Chemical Safety: Solid knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling practices.
- Communication Basics: Valuable basic knowledge of English to understand written and verbal work instructions.
- The Right Mindset: Strong attention to detail, a capacity to take direction well, and the confidence to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
- Physical Capabilities: Capability to handle heavy cleansing tasks, stand for long periods, and comfortably lift and relocate furniture or heavy supplies.
- Bonus Assets: A valid Forklift License or First Aid Training is considered a major plus!
