In this role, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of minor to moderate automobile claims, including the analysis and negotiation of coverage. Your duties will also involve maintaining quality service and compliance with both organizational and legal standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and negotiate automobile insurance claims effectively
- Communicate with members and outside parties for information gathering
- Ensure all claims documentation is accurate and timely
- Maintain organized claim files and data integrity
- Actively participate in training and team collaboration Requirements:
- College diploma or post-secondary education in relevant field
- 2+ years’ experience with automobile policy understanding
- Solid communication abilities in both English and French
- Good organizational skills for effective priority management
